Our public demo and education day will be held again at Old Dry Road Farm near Blue Marsh Lake, Wernersville, PA (Berks County) on Saturday August 5 from 9am to 4pm. This is a free, fun, family event to promote the craft of blacksmithing.
There will be forging stations set up for demonstrations and for open forging by members of the public.
For children there will be forging sessions using clay (no fire) to experience what forging is like.
Over the lunch hour there will be a forging contest for chapter members and others to partake in.
A food truck will be on site for food purchases.
Tailgating and sales: no charge for traditional "tail-gate sales" of used equipment, etc. out of your vehicle.
